What can I expect from my first session?
The first session is all about getting to know you and what you would like support with. This might include discussing what challenges you are currently facing, your history and any goals you might have for therapy. Sessions are adapted to each individual depending on your needs.
How long are therapy sessions?
All sessions last 50 minutes.
Do you offer online sessions?
I offer online sessions exclusively. Many people find online sessions convenient to attend and fit around their life and work commitments. I do not offer face to face sessions.
What kind of therapy do you offer?
I am trained in several therapeutic approaches and work in an integrative way to provide bespoke therapy adapted to what each individuals needs and finds most helpful. I draw upon the following therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), somatic practices, polyvagal theory and parts work.
Can I used my private medical insurance to pay for my therapy sessions?
It is possible to pay for your therapy sessions with cover from some private medical insurance companies below. Cover for therapy sessions varies depending on your individual policy and subject to pre-authorisation.

It’s normal to feel apprehensive and nervous. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can open up at your own pace. I offer a free video chat (up to 15 minutes) if you would like to meet me before booking your first session.
